some fairly good news.

Well I have to tell you it has been a month of guessing and wondering.
DH has finished all the medical test ( and there were a lot) and we have received some results. He is fine first of all. He is a excellent medical health , but he did have two small strokes , one after the other. There seems to be no remedial bad results except for short term memory loss. We can learn to work with that. Actually do we not all suffer from that LOL
We have been tremendously lucky , by getting him to the hospital in time and then his treatment.
The anomaly to me is , that some one who is in such excellent health has two strokes.(even small ones)
Lots we have learned and we all go from here. Life continues and so does winter coming. Cold here for the next couple of days. Lucky us , no snow yet and here we are at the end of Nov.
Later, take care all, Back to quilting the new church Christmas hanging.

Here is my Buggy Barn Stars top. This is part of a group we started to use up our stash (ha ha)
We took about 4 classes for this purpose & unfortunately this is the 1st one I have finished. I first thought I would try to do a quilt as you go method to finish it....but I have decided this will not be happening and today I put the rows together & will have it machine quilted. I love the Buggy Barn technique and really love the process more than the end product . I did the butterflies a while back & am ready to do the stars in a heart one next. But, I went to an open house (quilt shop) Friday & they had a wonderful 4 patch posie Christmas quilt with the neatest setting & now I think I have to do that next.....I dreamed about it all last night!
