Christmas Gifts

A couple of years ago I made coffee-cup holders and they were very well-received.  Get a Starbucks cardboard cup wrap and use it for a pattern.  I used up a lot of batik scraps and they came out beautifully.  Use Velcro for the closure (sew it on - not the stick-on kind).  These can also be used for cold cups, as my daughter discovered and had to call and tell me.  They fold up and take up no room in your purse.   I used warm & natural scraps for the batting.  NancyH

Christmas Gifts

I have had lots of ideas for gifts and forgotten most. Time will tell if I get anything made or purchased or will just gift by check. One idea was the water bottle carriers featured on Pink Chalk Fabrics free tutorials. Also began a lap quilt for a DF.
