some fairly good news.

Well I have to tell you it has been a month of guessing and wondering.
DH has finished all the medical test ( and there were a lot) and we have received some results. He is fine first of all. He is a excellent medical health , but he did have two small strokes , one after the other. There seems to be no remedial bad results except for short term memory loss. We can learn to work with that. Actually do we not all suffer from that LOL
We have been tremendously lucky , by getting him to the hospital in time and then his treatment.
The anomaly to me is , that some one who is in such excellent health has two strokes.(even small ones)
Lots we have learned and we all go from here. Life continues and so does winter coming. Cold here for the next couple of days. Lucky us , no snow yet and here we are at the end of Nov.
Later, take care all, Back to quilting the new church Christmas hanging.
Grace

So glad that he isn't in any danger, and is doing OK.

Wow, what a relief you both must feel. It goes to show that at our age (I'm 74)one never knows. I was just talking to my 77 year old brother far away in NM and as we traded medical notes I observed that with all my aches and pains I don't suffer from any life threatening conditions. Goes to show, we never know. Live each day as if it were your last and for heavens sake learn what to do in emergency. Grace, your quick action no doubt saved his life and minimized the consequences of the strokes. Hugs to you both.
