clothes in a quilt


not sure what happened to my original text, so maybe it will appear on its own.

anyway, this pic is for kathy who is looking for a way to use her son's boy scout shirt.

    i don't remember them exactly, but it is an 8 1/2" X 11" piece of paper that is folded and attached to the quilt with a pin. it has a hand and then wording something like "if you want to look at the back of this quilt, use this helping hand."

    it's probably worded much cuter than that, but basically it allows "regular people" the ability to handle the quilt to examine the back rather than to have a white-gloved hostess and ropes around the quilts. we're pretty informal around these parts :)

    I love it! What a wonderful idea. I will have to file that away for the future. I like that better then a Tee shirt quilt.
