I tried it too!
I just loved the disappearing 9 patch idea that Judy posted, so I am giving it a whirl. Got all my blocks cut and assembled the first patch block. I can't wait to get a laptop quilt put together in this pattern!

I also love the color combination and the tops made doesn't take up that much space when finished. It gives some future quilter something to finish. :0) I have inherited some tops that way when I first started quilting.

Beautiful! I love the colors! This looks like one I would like to try. I'm making a baby quilt right now for a friend's daughter and I'm anxious to put it all together....
