A Touching Tribute To Libby Lehman Who is Recovering From a Stroke

Some of you might not be aware that famed quilter Libby Lehman was felled by an aneurysm and stroke in May of this year.  She is having a long struggle to recover from this devastating injury.

The people who run the International Quilt Festival in Houston have organized a special exhibit in her honor at this year's show.  The Houston Chronicle newspaper has written a lovely article describing Libby's medical "adventure" and also posted some photos of the quilts in the exhibit.

Here is a link to the article in the Houston Chronicle and I hope it works for you.

OH, I'm so sorry to hear about Libby. I took a class from her years ago, she was great. Saw her and Ricky Timms, etc. 2 years ago.
Our prayers are with her and family.
