Sisters quilt show
Here is a link to my pictures .

I haven't checked it yet so hopefully it will work.
There's a slideshow tab in a box over to the right.
My pictures really aren't that grainy it's just the way they compress them. I think I need to find a different storage place but I have thousands of pictures there.
Rain storm for the 1st time that I can ever remember!
Hit at about 3 PM and the quilts were all taken down in about ten minutes!
They are SO organized it's amazing.
Otherwise the weather earlier was gorgeous & the quilts glorious.
Spent a short time with Mary from Salem. It's always wonderful
to see her. She's is such a doll, a lovely caring person, great to see her.
Didn't buy any fabric just a few patterns, but the Stitchin Post was eye popping as
always. There are many new quilt shops around the area but all of our little group is
maxed on fabric so we only shopped in Sisters .
We have rain today in Portland so I may hit the sewing room, I'm always so inspired by
the show. Happy Sewing, Jill

Thank you, thank you, Jill! I wish I had been able to be there this year, but it wasn't in the cards. Maybe next year.
I particularly liked the snail's trail/puppy dogs' tails quilt. I noticed that the Dear Jane type was also back this year. Some day I may finish mine....in my dreams!

Oh no, no quilt at the show for me.
Seems like you will see multiples of a newer trendy quilt & this year I think it was "Farmer's wife" sort of a Dear Jane like sampler quilt. Also some "Twister" quilts.

Thanks for sharing, Jill. Great pictures. Kathy - how many DJ blocks to you have done? I have 73 but haven't made any progress lately. Gave myself permission to stop at 100 if it isn't fun anymore. Challenge? Joleen in MN
