another stash buster

String quilts are another fun way to use scraps and can be gorgeous. Google string quilts and a bunch of sites come up - there is even a project called Heartstrings that makes quilts for charitable organizations. I made a black and white and bright quilt this year and have all of the scraps in a bag along with the directions for a string quilt - on my list of "to do's." Guild starts tonight and I can't wait.
