Hen bag pattern
I saw the nicest hen hand bag today. It wasn't the goofy one with the long legs. The wings formed pockets. I can't find a pattern like that shopping online - does anyone know what it could be?

Milli, I am assuming this handbag looked quilted or like something handcrafted. I would suggest you go to http://henriettashandbags.com/ and type in the word "chicken" in the search box and settle down for a long, long review ... I think it came up with over forty hits.

Elinor Peace Bailey was the designer of the one I saw. I may have to ask for the loan of it so I can try to make a copy as the pattern doesn't seem to be avaiable any more. Thanks for the other link - I enjoyed looking at all of the bags and will save it for later!
