needles

This is just a reminder to everyone to be sure to change your needle on your sewing machine frequently. I was having tension issues, with lots of loose thread on the bottom, using a machine that never has tension issues. I finally thought about changing the needle, and it fixed the problem immediately.

Lots of loose thread on the bottom usually means the UPPER thread is not threaded correctly. When you changed your needle, you had to rethread your machine and that probably fixed the problem! Thread jumps out of the upper thread tensions lots of times where we can't see it and causes the loose thread on the bottom problem. Pfaff dealer told me that when I called with the same problem.
