This is the way I plan to shame myself into finishing some tops that I've been looking at too long. It's like hanging out your dirty linen. The white and blue one has been waiting much too long and I really would like to have it for the next quilt show. That gives me almost a year.

Milli, the blue and white one is a stunner, absolutely gorgeous and you must finish it for the show!! Since the blocks are so eye-catching I vote for a simple border, perhaps a two or three narrow ones, alternating blue and white ones just to frame the beautiful blocks.
Now that I have thrown out one idea you can pooh-pooh it and come up with your own better idea. But you go, girl, and finish that quilt!! I bet it will win you a ribbon at the show.

Hi Milli - I'm with Judy about the borders. That will be an amazing quilt, and I think that you want something simple that doesn't detract from the blocks.

Milli, we will want to see the finished blue and white beauty here on the WWQP BB when you get it finished. And then you can show it again when it gets a ribbon ....
