Fortune cookie pattern

Does anyone recall seeing a pattern to make a fabric fortune cookie? I bought the fabric box book, but they are not in that. Was thinking I had seen one made on Simply Quilts but haven't located it yet. Our guild needs an idea for favors. Lavinia-TN

    Go to www.hgtv.com and doa seaarch for QLT-1102 That is the eposode on Simply Quilts that did the fortune cookie challenge. It is on the bottom of the page, with the instructions

    there is a free downloadable .pdf from nancy's notions site. i happened to see her show this past week on making fabric bowls and it was also shown. i hope the whole link will post, but if not just go to her site and put in fortune cookie in the search box.
