Sue, You did a great job on that quilt. I love the colors. Do you have a long arm? or did you do it on you regular sewing machine. Sorry to hear about your friend, but I am sure she will love it. Marge

thank you for your good words :-D no, I do not have a longarm machine, but a Brother 1500PQ which has a slightly larger opening than the regular machines. And I love that machine! I still haven't finished the quilting, but plan to do so this week.
