I'm saving for a new machine and checking out the best that will go with my Mac. PS I have a Singer that is 20 years old and works wonderfully and one that was given to me because the girl never sewed....What! A girl who doesn't sew AT ALL! haha I guess you need a great machine to do those beautiful quilts...maybe that's what's wrong with my feeble attempt at a quilt. Anyhow...understand about more customer service.Carolina Girl (Cely)https://www.blogger.com/profile/01841631908489108353noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3698041040077198276.post-46370912220176075242011-04-11T16:02:43.805-05:002011-04-11T16:02:43.805-05:00There is no reason you cannot get a new foot contr...There is no reason you cannot get a new foot control/pedal for your Bernina 153Q. Are you trying to get it through a dealer? If so, try a different dealer. (I don't think you can get them any other way.)

It really should be a no-brainer. A sewing teacher I know got a new foot pedal for her 1230 a few years ago (she had worn out the original pedal) and that machine is older than your 153Q.

Contact Bernina USA if the dealer is taking four months. Something is wrong with that scenario. Seriously.Doris W. in TNhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00510857815095094456noreply@blogger.com
