If you choose to use flannel I would think y...Sara,<br />If you choose to use flannel I would think you would need to preshrink it since the poly fleece back will not shrink at all. I think you could get by with no batting at all since you are using the fleece on the back. The only time I have used flannel is on table runners so there would be no bulk.
