Judi, That IN bloom quilt you have draped over the couch is my pattern! I designed for Timeless Treasures fabrics about a year ago. I was quite excited to see it in Keepsake quilting. I made 2, one for Timeless and one for the shop where I work. It's really cool to see yours!

Love it - what a charming note. Don't you wish we could all speak in such a civilized manner? Very interesting that the designer is on the BB too!
ReplyDeleteMy friend Claire is the kind of woman who has someone else repair her clothing and sew on buttons so I knew she would be stunned by the quilt. I sent her a photo of me using my HQ Avante so she would really be impressed with my "prowess"; I wrote that a longarm machine is a power tool with thread which apparently gave her a good giggle. I had already sent her a baby quilt years ago when her first grandchild was born so she knew that I am a quilter but there was quite a difference between that super simple baby quilt and Sandi's work of art.
