Do you remember when I started this thing? I thought I'd never finish. It took me hours to pick out the variety of prints that it called for. It should have been bigger but I gave up!
I got the picture on without the comment so you'll have to put the two together.
Milli, that quilt is just awesome! I do love the way you put together the colors; they seem to pulsate. I can well appreciate the *time* it took you to find all the appropriate fabrics to achieve that effect.
ReplyDeleteYou should feel justifiably proud of yourself for a job well done! woo hooo!

When you posted the pictures of the first few blocks, I knew I had to add the quilt to my list...I did get the pattern but that is as far as I got so far. Gorgeous. Thanks for sharing the pictures of the finished quilt. Joleen in MN
ReplyDeleteFantastic job, Milli! I can imagine that the quilt had you talking to yourself as you pawed through your fabrics. That has to be one of your "Top Ten Lifetime Achievements" and you should hang it somewhere where you can smile at it every day.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, is that you in the red hat?
Judy
