I recently purchased a purse pattern. It isn't the one you describe but might be a good site to check out. Purses and jackets seem to be becoming very popular so if you're close to a quilt shop check out their patterns.
www.quiltsillustrated.com Yes, Lazy Girl has a large supply of really cute purses.
Thanks Phyllis. Didn't find one like it there, but it was interesting.
ReplyDeleteI have purchased 2 purse patterns from Quiltsillustrated and I have enjoyed making them and love them. I make bags for my sewing friends and family and have used both patterns several times. This month to kill my stash I am making the Desk Deli. I have made the Bow tucks and the credit card holder/coin purse. I make bags and these patterns are written well and easy to complete.
ReplyDeleteI also made the weekender tote and my mother uses it to carry on planes it had been to France for a church retreat and to New York for her visit to see the pope and she wants a new one for her trip to the Holy land. I have one also i use for the gym and I lent my pattern to my friend and she made them for her high school nieces to use for volleyball. The weekender bag is a great carry all.
