BB Chat

Okay, why can't I access the new Chat page all of a sudden? Anybody else having this problem?

    I have a problem with my home computer. It's like I belong to the BB but not the chat?
    Can't post & no pictures.
    Here at work I get both so I've been just checking with this computer.
    I don't know if it's the different search engines or what? I'm not smart enough to figure it out.
